We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Agent to drive sales for our new residential projects. This role is crucial for achieving high target goals.

Role & Responsibilities
The agent will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales for the real estate projects. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Sales & Prospecting: Generate leads through prospecting and broker networks (upon approval).
Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Project Coordination: Coordinate fully with administration, management, and suppliers; manage the full cycle from deal closure through delivery.
Post-Sale Process: Handle all necessary paperwork and ensure meticulous follow-up on each milestone, including selection of materials and interior design changes.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain high discipline in time management, schedule regular reports, and provide weekly progress updates, using ERP reporting on a daily basis.
Pricing: Adhere strictly to company policy.
Research: keep an eye on market trends and competition pricing and projects.
Profile & Requirements
Age & Experience: 25-40 years old with a minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience as an employee (non-real estate experience is a plus).
Education/Skills: Fair education, strong proficiency in English (especially for email communication), and excellent technical skills (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Mobility: Must be motorized with a valid Driving License. Coverage across the Metn area.
Work Setting: Ability to work remotely with essential remote-work setup. Must be comfortable utilizing pre-sales online channels, with a view to physical location visits.

Video content creation for social media is ideally encouraged.
Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: Indicative range of $800 - $1,500 (subject to experience and profile).
Success Fee & Incentives: A high incentive structure with increasing targets, including:
- A percentage (%) upon sale closure.
